IMPORTANT: To make a valid recommendation please follow the simple steps below:-

1. Simply enter the recommended persons details, together with your name on our website and the recommendation will be logged on our database. One of our consultants will then endeavour to make contact with the prospective candidate to discuss their requirements.

Terms and Conditions

A recommendation will be deemed to be valid only if made in the above way and providing the candidate recommended is not already actively utilizing the services of SSC at the time we receive notification of the recommendation.

Any recommendation will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date the recommendation was entered on our website.

It is the responsibility of the person making the recommendation to ensure that SSC holds their current contact details to enable SSC to send any recommendation fee.

Once SSC have successfully placed the recommended candidate and providing their commencement date falls before the date entered on the recommendation certificate, then SSC will pay a recommendation fee of £250, (if the recommended candidate is currently employed in a sales or marketing function within the medical / Healthcare industry) or £150 (if the candidate is not currently employed in a sales or marketing function within the Medical/Healthcare industry).

On the successful placement of the candidate by SSC, SSC will pay the recommendation fee due by cheque. Such payments will only be made once the candidate has completed their first 3 months with their new employer providing the employer has settled their account with SSC.

SSC will only pay one recommendation fee per candidate recommended.

It is your responsibility to make any necessary declaration of any income derived under this scheme to the Inland Revenue or other relevant body.

In the unlikely event that the same candidate is recommended by two people, SSC will treat the first recommendation entered on our website as valid.
